SPD Fitness

Stay Pretty.
Stay Dangerous.

Boxing and strength training that builds real confidence & real skills.

Built for people with a lot on their plate

Most of the people I train aren't chasing a belt. They want a workout that sharpens the body and clears the head — in the same hour.

You don’t need to get “back” to anyone – you need to feel like yourself again. Strong, sharp, hard to ignore. Once boxing feels doable, everything else does too.

Getting your groove back

Long day, kids underfoot, work still buzzing in your head. Trade it for footwork and a skill that's actually yours.

Parents who need a release

Never thrown a punch? Good. Most of my best clients started in exactly that spot.

Total beginners

Train the whole fighter, not just the hands

Boxing — and the strength behind it. Footwork, defense, clean technique, plus real strength work to back it up. I'm a certified personal trainer, so you build the skill and the engine, not just gas out for the sake of a sweat. Footwork first: box like you're boogieing down on the dance floor.

Real progress isn't just sweat. I coach two things at once.

Mind — Everyone expects to get stronger. Almost nobody expects their mind to get calmer. But boxing forces you to think clearly while someone's coming at you. That skill doesn't stay in the ring. It shows up in hard conversations, tight deadlines, anywhere you used to freeze.

Real people. Real corners turned.

Who’s in Your Corner?

SPD Fitness is led by Shoyan Wright, former competitive boxer turned coach with ten years in the ring behind him.

It all started with getting beat up.

Shoyan got into boxing at 19 and took a beating almost every day, at first. He kept showing up anyway. That stubbornness turned into a career, and coaching stuck. He brings a decade of elite boxing experience into every session, helping clients find the sharper, steadier version of themselves that’s already in there.

Every session is built around you: your goals, your pace, your reasons for walking in the door. Whether that’s stress relief, real conditioning, or your first amateur fight, the standard doesn’t change: real technique, real strength work, and the confidence that holds up outside the gym too.
